Pierre ISSARD, Founder of PRECIFORGE, passed away at the age of 92. We pay tribute to him.

Pierre ISSARD, founder of the PRECIFORGE factory, died last month in Peschadoires, near Thiers, aged 92.

A visionary and a leader

Pierre ISSARD founded PRECIFORGE in 1956. He began by producing hand tools for French manufacturers, particularly in the Saint-Étienne area. His ambition and vision enabled the company to grow and become a benchmark in the field of drop forging.

Under his leadership, PRECIFORGE underwent significant international expansion. The company began exporting its forged parts to Germany in the 1980s. The customer relationships he established and nurtured with sincerity and benevolence continue to this day. They are a real source of pride for the company.

A lasting legacy

Thanks to his inspiring leadership and strong values, Pierre ISSARD was able to pass on to future generations the importance of innovation, quality and customer relations. His legacy lives on in the commitment and vitality of the PRECIFORGE teams.

We would like to pay tribute to Pierre ISSARD for his exceptional contribution to the history of PRECIFORGE. His dedication has left a deep mark on our company. We are honored to have welcomed him last summer, where he was able to recall fond memories, while witnessing the evolution of the company since his departure.

A remarkable man

Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time. We wish him all the rest he deserves. These strong values will always continue to guide the company, employees, collaborators and partners, just like any other entrepreneur in the industry. Without forgetting the FORLAM-FORGE Group which keep his inspiration.

He leaves behind a story to tell, and men and women grateful for all he has accomplished and for the inspiration he continues to bring us.
