Our R&D department designs competitive and technical solutions based on customers’ specifications.
For each project, we study several options : design, material, heat treatment, reduction of machined areas.

An integrated Tooling Workshop
After validation of the forging tools design by digital simulation of the process we realise 100% of our tooling in-house.
We use the data to quote and offer our customers the most adapted solutions.
We keep and maintain the customers dedicated toolings and we re-use them for future orders (Forge and Machining Toolings).
